How Video Games Affect Our Brains

A rising corpus of research demonstrates that playing video games can have an impact on the brain and perhaps alter several different brain areas. The brain, memory, and eyesight can all be harmed by playing video games. If the addiction becomes strong enough, it might result in tension, worry, and even solitude. Even brain cells may be destroyed by playing video games, and they might disturb sleep.

The Negative Effect of Video games on Eyes

When people play games they accidentally blink as little as possible. This leads to extremely dry eyes, headaches, difficulty focusing, and sensitivity to light. Rarely can someone play video games for so long without stopping that they permanently damage their cornea. Children have more sensitive eyes and further protections should be taken to prevent excessive eye strain while gaming.

Video Games Linked To Poor Relationships with Friends & Family

Continuously playing video games could affect the relationship. The study is based on data collected from 813 college students throughout the nation.

As the amount of time playing video games went up, the quality of relationships with peers and parents went down since people addicted to video games tend to spend more time in front of the screen rather than with their loved ones, they neglect the importance of relationships and hence end up with poor relations
